Real Estate Services was founded by Giovanni Gaggia who has seen how agents do not retain fair commission splits. Giovanni has served in leadership roles for major brands in the SA marketplace. He has over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He is passionate about assisting agents to grow their businesses while they drastically increase their take-home income. Real Estate is not so much about property sales and letting as it is about offering clients great levels of service and an awesome platform for estate agents to conduct their business.
Carrol Dell
SHAREHOLDER & EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Carrol Dell is an active shareholder in Real Estate Services, operating on a senior management level. Dedicated to the industry, and empowering agents comes naturally to her. Remaining abreast of changes and regulations, sharing accumulative knowledge over the last 10 years, helping to change agents' lives for the better while making Real Estate a Breeze!

Any Property Practitioner that refers us to another
Property Practitioner and joins us, the referring agent will receive 5% commission of all their deals, as long as they
are both under the RES umbrella.
*This commission is taken from the RES portion and does not affect the
commission of the referred Property Practitioner.
You are welcome to use the Real Estate Services brand or use your own brand Powered By Real Estate Services, no matter what commission split package you are on.
